What We Build
Builders first
Ground-up construction, ADUs and additions are the work we're built around. Kitchens and baths we do too — to the same structural standard, as a service under the builder, not as our whole trade.
New Construction
Ground-up custom homes, from feasibility and site work through framing, finish and final inspection.

ADUs
Detached and attached accessory dwelling units — permits, utilities and the state and city rules that govern them.
Learn more →
Home Additions
Square footage added properly — foundation, framing and roof tied into the existing structure.
Learn more →
Whole-Home Remodels
Full renovations, often to the studs — structure, systems and finishes in one coordinated build.
Learn more →
Kitchen Remodeling
Layout changes, cabinetry, countertops and finishes — with the walls, wiring and venting handled by a builder.

Bathroom Remodeling
Down to the studs, waterproofed correctly, and rebuilt to last — the part you never see is the part that matters.

What you're actually buying is certainty
The lowest number is easy to produce and expensive to live with. What holds a project together is a builder who shows up prepared, tells you the truth early, and delivers what was promised.
The proposal is part of the product
Line-itemed and specific, with allowances shown as allowances. If we can't price something honestly yet, we say so instead of burying it.
You see the job every day
Daily photo updates, schedule and selections through BuilderTrend — the same view we have, including when you're not in town.
Nothing changes on a handshake
Every scope change is written, priced and signed before it's built. No surprise line items at the end.
We tell you when it's not us
We don't hold a roofing license and won't quote roofing. If your project needs something outside our lane, you'll hear it early.

How It Goes
Four steps, no mystery
-
Discovery Call
A 30-minute video call to understand the project, the constraints and the real budget — before anyone walks the property.
-
Site Visit & Proposal
We walk it already knowing the job, then put it in writing: scope, allowances, exclusions and a number you can compare.
-
Pre-Construction
Plans, permits, selections and schedule locked down before demolition starts, so the build isn't waiting on decisions.
-
Build & Walkthrough
Daily updates while we build. At the end we walk it together, and it isn't done until you say it is.
